PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer Standard and Express shipping options. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any applicable promotions will be reflected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. SHIPPING CARRIER We primarily ship via USPS. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been fulfilled. ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting your account on our website or using the Shop app. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS At this time, we ship to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations for standard orders. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products or a replacement.
